Day 12 – Saddest Anime Scene

Hey up folks, I still can’t believe I’m doing this challenge and it’s going great. Can’t believe I’ve done 12 posts in over a week. The longest period ever!!. You can read the previous post here.

Saddest anime scene. By far this one had me stumped. And it was a real tough one, but I managed to prevail – somehow. And found one. Here it is.

Re-Kan; Hibiki Amami mother scene

This one hit me right in the feels. The scene is about Amami wanting to meet her deceased mother. As Amami can see ghosts. Everyone is wondering why her mother hasn’t gone to see her own daughter. She explains that if she leaves the special place where Amami sixth sense power is – Amami will lose it. So she doesn’t want that for her daughter. In a very touching scene mother and daughter see each other for the very first time. As the screen shot tells you; her mother has never had the chance to hold her own daughter since she was born. And I find that real sad.
